China International Supply Chain Expo (hereinafter referred to as Chain Expo), the world's first supply chain-themed national exhibition organized by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), was held in Beijing from November 28 to December 2, 2023, and the first edition of Chain Expo was successfully closed on December 2 at the China International Exhibition Center (CIEC).

When attending many major international occasions and holding talks with other political leaders, President Xi Jinping has repeatedly elaborated China's principled position on maintaining the stability of the global industrial chain and supply chain, demonstrating to the international community China's firm determination to support economic globalization and promote the construction of an open world economy.

The Chain Expo is a practical action of CCPIT to implement President Xi Jinping's initiative on maintaining the stability of the global industrial chain and supply chain, which provides new opportunities for the world to expand economic and trade cooperation with China, and builds a new platform for countries to carry out international trade and share business opportunities.

The Expo invites national leaders and high-level guests from industry authorities in China, relevant international organizations, domestic and foreign industry organizations, domestic and foreign business associations, the world's top 500 enterprises, central enterprises, key enterprises, well-known experts and scholars to participate in the exhibition and visit, and build a high-end platform for dialogue between government and enterprises, and a platform for international exchanges and cooperation.

CHINA BIG TRADE DATA.Ltd(BTD) was invited to participate in the first Chain Expo. On November 29,BTD delivered a speech on "Global Agricultural Trade Patterns from Data" at the Global Supply Chain Innovation and Development Forum, and Cynthia Dai, Director of BTD's International Marketing Department, attended the event and delivered an English speech.
